Welcome to our Night Kayak Tour with LED lights in the enchanting Condado Lagoon of San Juan, Puerto Rico!

Glide across calm waters in a fully transparent kayak, giving you a rare “window into the ocean” as you paddle above marine life and natural habitats. During the day, enjoy a serene nature tour where you may spot wildlife such as sea turtles, tropical fish, and even manatees beneath your kayak.

🗺️ Itinerary

  1. Check-In & Preparation – Arrive 30 minutes early, complete check-in, and receive gear.
  2. Safety Briefing – Learn paddling basics, safety rules, and route overview.
  3. Launch & Exploration – Paddle through calm waters while observing marine life and surroundings.
  4. Clear Kayak Experience – Watch through your kayak as you traverse the water in search of wild marine life.
  5. Return & Wrap-Up – Head back to launch point and conclude your experience.

👕 What to Bring

  • Comfortable lightweight clothing or swimwear
  • Towel and change of clothes
  • Water socks (recommended — no shoes allowed)
  • Waterproof phone case or camera (optional)

⚠️ Important Information & Safety

  • Minimum Age: 9 years old
  • General Responsibility: Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult to be paired with.
  • Weight Limits: Max 200 lbs per person
  • Footwear Policy: No shoes allowed — barefoot or water socks only
  • Arrival: Must arrive 30 minutes early — late arrivals are considered no-shows with no refund
  • Health Restrictions: Not suitable for pregnant guests or individuals with back, neck, or heart conditions
  • Safety Rules: Life jackets are mandatory and must be worn at all times. Participants must follow guide instructions at all times, or they will be removed from the tour. No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or sharp objects allowed under any circumstances.
  • Weather: Rain may occur; no refunds for light or passing showers
  • Personal Items: Not responsible for lost or damaged belongings

⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

🕒 Standard Cancellations

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.
  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.
  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.
  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
