- Check-In & Safety Briefing: Arrive at the meeting point, sign waivers, and receive equipment.
- Kayak Introduction: Learn basic paddling techniques and safety measures.
- Rental Experience: Embark on your kayak journey through the Condado Lagoon, exploring mangrove channels and keep your eyes peeled for the incredible marine life.
- Return & Wrap-Up: Conclude the rental by returning to the starting point and handing back your rented equipment.

⚠️ Important Information & Safety:
- Age Requirement: Minimum age 3 years
- General Responsibility: Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult to be paired with.
- Weight Limit: Maximum weight per person is 200 lbs
- Health Restrictions: Not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with certain medical conditions
- Safety Gear: Life jackets and all necessary equipment are provided
- No singles kayak available: If your group is an odd number, the single one will be able to ride by their own.
- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal items left inside or outside the store or tour locations.
- Rescue Fee: A mandatory fee of $50.00 (minimum) will be charged if a rescue or towing service is required due to the participant ignoring safety boundaries, designated navigation zones, or wind-related negligence.
- Assumption of Risk: This is a self-guided rental. Participants assume all risks for themselves, their children, and their pets.
- Health Warning: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with back, neck, or heart conditions.
- Equipment Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage to the kayaks or paddles caused by negligence.
- Safety First: In case of lightning or high winds, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the session for your safety.
- Safe Zones Only: You must stay within the designated navigation areas.
- Alcohol & Drugs: Strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service without a refund if a participant appears intoxicated.
- Mandatory Life Jacket: Must be worn at all times by all participants, regardless of swimming ability.
- Pet Life Jackets: Owners MUST provide their own pet life jacket. No pet will be allowed on board without one.
⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy
🕒 Standard Cancellations
- Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.
- You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.
❌ Last-Minute Bookings
- Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.
- No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.
✅ Exceptions
Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:
- Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.
- Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
