You’ll board a spacious 15×14 private inflatable deck directly from the shore — fully dry and dressed to impress. From there, professional staff will gently tow your private platform into the lagoon and secure it to a scenic buoy, giving you the ultimate VIP setting surrounded by water and skyline views.

Once anchored, enjoy pure relaxation as you indulge in a gourmet charcuterie spread paired with chilled prosecco. 🗺️ Itinerary

  1. Check-In & Arrival – Arrive 30 minutes early to prepare for your experience.
  2. VIP Boarding – Step directly onto your private Aqua Deck from shore — no water entry needed.
  3. Private Tow-Out – Staff will tow your deck to a scenic buoy in the lagoon.
  4. Floating Picnic Experience – Relax, enjoy your charcuterie board and drinks, and take in panoramic views.
  5. Return to Shore – After your selected 1–2 hour experience, staff will bring you back to shore.

⚠️ Important Information & Safety

  • Capacity: Strictly 2 guests only
  • Age Requirement: Adults only (18+)
  • Check-In: Must arrive 30 minutes early — late arrivals = no-show (no refund)
  • No Jumping Policy: Jumping into the water is not permitted while anchored
  • Alcohol Policy: Service may be denied if guests appear intoxicated (no refund)
  • Pet Policy: Pets allowed but must wear their own life jacket (owner responsible)
  • Stay Dry Experience: No swimming or paddling required at any time
  • Weather: Light rain may occur; severe weather may result in reschedule or refund

⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

🕒 Standard Cancellations

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.
  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.
  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.
  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
