  • Driver Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license.

  • Passenger Requirements: Minimum height of 52 inches.

  • Weight Limit: Maximum 600–800 lbs per ATV.

  • Restrictions: Pregnant women are not permitted.

  • Transportation: Not included; participants meet at the designated location.

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.

  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.

  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.

  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
