  • Passengers must be 12 years or older
  • Participants age 20 and under must be driven by an adult 21 years of age or older
  • Tickets are sold per jet ski, not per person
  • Maximum combined weight: 300 lbs
  • Maximum capacity: 2 passengers per jet ski

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.
  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.
  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.
  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
