🗺️ Itinerary

  1. Check-In & Gear Up – Arrive at the dive center, sign waivers, get fitted and briefed.

  2. Shallow Water Practice – Receive basic instruction in a safe shallow area to build confidence.

  3. Snorkel Adventure – Enter deeper, reef-rich water and explore for 30-45 minutes alongside your guide.

  4. Wrap-Up & Return – Return to shore, rinse equipment, relax at the facilities and reflect on your underwater encounter.

⚠️ Important Information & Safety

  • Minimum age: 6 years old (minors 15 & under must be accompanied by an adult)

  • Swimming ability required—comfort in water essential

  • Transportation is not included, meet at the designated meeting point detailed in your confirmation email

  • Activity level: Easy to moderate – shallow practice then reef snorkel

  • Weather/sea conditions may affect visibility and route

⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

🕒 Standard Cancellations

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.

  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.

  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.

  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
