  • Driver Minimum Age: 18 years old with valid driver’s license

  • Passenger Minimum Height: At least 52 inches tall

  • Closed-toe shoes are required

  • This tour does not include transportation

  • Activity level: Moderate — expect bumps, inclines, and off-road terrain

  • Guest attire: No bathing suits; wear long pants or shorts with closed-toe shoes

  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.

  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.

  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
