Customers will receive a full refund with a 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to the tour departure time.
Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

No-shows will be charged full price.
No refunds or changes will be made to reservations that are booked less than 24-hours before the tour departure time.
Guest who don’t arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time and arrive after departure time will not be refunded or re-scheduled and will lose participation.

- Drivers must be at least 18 years old and must bring a physical valid driver’s license.
- All drivers must present a physical valid driver’s license.
- Driver must be a minimum height of 60 inches tall.
- Passenger must be a minimum height of 52 inches tall.
- Pregnant women are not allowed.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older at all times.
- 600 pounds combined weight limit for each UTV.
- Drivers, if you don’t have a driver license, or if you are pregnant, DON’T BOOK, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND!
