  1. Check-In & Complete Waiver – Arrive at the check in office, meet our crew and complete your waivers.
  2. Safety Briefing – Learn the basics of boating from our expert crew.
  3. Boat Ride Begins– Hop aboard our 54-foot catamaran enjoy the scenic ride through Puerto Ricos crystal clear waters.
  4. Beach Stop – Enjoy our beautiful beach stop where you can relax the rest of the afternoon. Guest can swim freely, walk along our white sand on the beach or relax sunbathe.
  5. Lunch and Open Bar- Indulge in a chef-prepared feast featuring fresh, local flavors. Pair your meal with refreshing beverages from our premium bar, including rum cocktails, mocktails, and more.

  • Minimum age: 6 years old (minors and 17 & under must be accompanied by an adult)
  • For your safety, destinations are at the captain’s discretion and may change depending on weather and sea conditions. IF THE CROSSING TO ICACOS IS NOT APPROPRIATE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HEAD TO BETTER-PROTECTED ALTERNATIVE REEFS, BEACHES, ISLANDS AND CAYS.
  • The beach trip is not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with recent surgeries, or those with back injuries.
  • Guest can bring own snorkeling mask and tube equipment
  • All marine activities depend on water conditions.

⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

🕒 Standard Cancellations

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.
  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.
  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

No Show Policy

  • If participant does not arrive on time, the ticket is NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT REUSABLE

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.
  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
