⚠️ Important Information & Safety

  • Driver Requirements: Must be 21 years or older to drive with a valid driver license

  • Passenger Requirements: Riders must be 12 years or older

  • Weight Limits: 2-seater vehicle maximum weight is 430 lbs and 4-seater vehicle maximum weight is 740 lbs

  • Height Requirements: Participants must be at least 4’6″ tall and no taller than 6’5″ tall to participate

  • Health Restrictions: Not suitable for pregnant women or those with serious health concerns

  • Transportation: Not included — participants arrive independently at the marina

  • Safety Gear: Life-vests mandatory; briefing required

⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

🕒 Standard Cancellations

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.

  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.

  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.

  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
