A certified instructor guides you through a safety briefing and shallow-water skill practice before you enter the open water for underwater exploration. 🗺️ Itinerary:

  1. Check-In & Orientation – Arrive at the dive canter, sign waivers and complete online theory.

  2. Gear Fit & Pool Skills – Put on gear and learn basic underwater skills in shallow water.

  3. Underwater Exploration – Dive into the open water beneath with instructor supervision and explore the oceans.

  4. Return & Debrief – Surface, rinse gear, relax and reflect on your first dive.

👕 What to Bring:

  • Swimwear, towel and change of clothes

  • Water-friendly shoes or sandals

  • Sunscreen and hat for surface waiting

  • Valid ID and any medical disclosure required

  • A curious mindset ready for your first dive

⚠️ Important Information & Safety:

  • Minimum age: 10 years old (participants under 15 must be accompanied by adult).

  • Basic swimming ability required; you must be in good health.

  • Transportation to and from the facility is not included.

  • Activity level: Easy to moderate — shallow skills plus guided open water dive.

  • Bright underwater life is a feature, but visibility and conditions may vary.

⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

🕒 Standard Cancellations

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.

  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.

  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.

  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
