  • Reservations must be made under the cardholder’s name.
  • Should the cardholder’s name not match the reservation name, the reservation will be invalid and cancelled.
  • Cardholder must complete the payment authorization form upon check in with their id and card used for the payment.

  • Air fills available for certified divers who bring their own cylinders

🗺️ Rental Process Itinerary:

  1. Arrive & Check-In: Visit the dive center, sign rental agreement.

  2. Gear Fit & Briefing: Staff fit you with gear, explain usage, safety checks and rental terms.

  3. Explore: Take your rented gear into the water for snorkeling or scuba.

  4. Return Gear & Finish: Return equipment, settle any rentals, unload safely.

👕 What to Bring:

  • Swimsuit or quick-dry clothing

  • Valid ID; dive certification card if planning scuba gear rental or air fill

  • Closed-toe water shoes or sturdy sandals

  • Towel and change of clothes

  • Credit for rental payment and potential deposit

⚠️ Important Information & Safety:

  • Snorkeling gear rentals do not require diver certification.

  • Scuba gear rentals and air fills require proof of certification from a recognized agency.

  • All participants must fill and sign a liability waiver upon rental.

  • Gear must be returned on time and in good condition; late fees apply.

  • Air fill pricing and tank condition subject to inspection and availability.

  • Transportation to the shop is not included.

  • Gear rental and fills may be adjusted or cancelled due to equipment availability or safety concerns.

⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

💸 Non-Refundable Policy

All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Payments made at the time of booking secure your spot and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

📅 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
A rescheduling fee may apply. No reschedules will be accepted within 48 hours of the tour.

🌧️ Exceptions

Changes or full refunds may be issued only if the tour operator cancels due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Operational issues beyond our control

Medical emergencies or travel delays do not qualify for refunds, but documentation may be reviewed for a possible credit toward a future tour (subject to management approval).
