Reservations must be done under CREDIT CARD account holder name.
- Is very important that all the information in this reservation must match with the credit card holder name, if not, this reservation will be invalid and cancel. At check in time the credit card used, and a valid id will be required for transaction validation.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Drivers must be at least 16 years old and must bring a physical valid driver’s license.
- Driver must be a minimum height of 60 inches tall.
- Passenger must be a minimum height of 52 inches tall.
- Pregnant women are not allowed.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older at all times.
- 1000 pounds combined weight limit for each UTV.
- All drivers must present a physical valid driver’s license.
- *Valid driver’s license required to be a driver, pregnant women are not allowed for safety reasons /Drivers, if you don’t have a driver license, or if you are pregnant, *DON’T BOOK, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND!*

- Comfortable clothing that can possibly get dirty or wet. Bathing suits are not proper attire.
- Closed-toe, secure, covered shoes such as tennis shoes, water shoes. Any shoes that you don’t mind getting wet or dirty, No Crocs, sandals or flip-flops allowed!

Customers will receive a full refund with a 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to the tour departure time.
Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

No-shows will be charged full price.
No refunds or changes will be made to reservations that are booked less than 24-hours before the tour departure time.
Guest who don’t arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time and arrive after departure time will not be refunded or re-scheduled and will lose participation.
