1. Hotel pickup (if selected) & drive to the marina

2. Check-in at the catamaran, safety briefing and board

3. Sail to Icacos Island – beach stop for free time, sun, swim or snorkel from shore

4. Anchor at reef location – guided snorkeling session for ~1.5 hours

5. Lunch, snacks and drinks onboard while cruising or relaxing

6. Departure and return sail to marina, followed by drop-off at hotel (if selected)

• Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.

• You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

• Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.

• No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.

2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
