  • Safety Deposit Requirement: Credit card (Visa/MasterCard) required as deposit or collateral.
  • Physical Conditions: Not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with serious back, neck, or heart issues.
  • Clothing/Footwear: Closed-toe shoes required; flip-flops or sandals not permitted.

⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

🕒 Standard Cancellations

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.
  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.
  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.
  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
