🗺️ Itinerary

  1. Check-In & Briefing: Arrive at the ranch, meet your guide, get fitted for a helmet, and receive a safety talk.
  2. Trail Ride (2 Hours): Ride through different terrains — lagoons, hills, and natural vegetation — with commentary along the way.
  3. Mojito Bar Stop: Pause at the ranch’s hilltop bar for a drink and to soak in the views.
  4. Return: Head back to the stable to finish the experience.

  • Age Requirement: Participants must be 8+ years old
  • General Responsibility: Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (ages 18+) during the complete duration of the tour service
  • Single Riders: We do not allow more than one participant per horse, no exceptions will be made
  • Weight Limit: Maximum weight limit is 235 lbs per rider
  • Experience Level: Suitable for all riding levels — beginners are welcomed

⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

🕒 Standard Cancellations

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.
  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.
  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.
  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
