🗺️ Itinerary

  1. Check-In & Safety Briefing – Arrive at the trailhead, sign waiver and meet your guide

  2. Introduction to the ATV – Learn how to operate and follow safety protocols

  3. Trail Ride Begins – Hit the rugged terrain, traverse hills, curves, and nature paths

  4. Scenic Pause – Stop for photo opportunities and scenic overlooks

  5. Return & Wrap-Up – Finish the ride, debrief with your guide, and reflect on the thrill

👕 What to Bring

  • Closed-toe shoes (required)

  • Long pants and comfortable shirt

  • Sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen

  • Water bottle

  • Comfortable clothes that may get dusty

⚠️ Important Information & Safety

  • Driver Minimum Age: 16 years old with valid driver’s license or permit

  • Passenger Age Minimum: 16 years of age with ID required

  • Participants under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult (18+) during the whole experience

  • Weight limit: 450 lbs per vehicle

  • Attire: Bathing suits are NOT appropriate for this activity

  • Duration: Approximately 1 hour

  • Transportation: Round-trip transportation from San Juan is available for an additional fee; self-drive options are also available. Transportation will be provided given that at least 3 participants request the service.

  • Activity level: Moderate, expect bumps and rugged terrain

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.

  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.

  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.

  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
