🗺️ Itinerary

  1. Check-In & Intro: Arrive at the Hacienda, meet your guide, get outfitted, and receive a brief ATV riding lesson.
  2. Trail Ride: Embark on a 1-hour ride through the scenic grounds, passing through lagoons, hills, and natural vegetation.
  3. Return: Drive your ATV back to base, reflect on the day’s off-road adventure and give your vehicle a well-earned rest.
  4. Mojito Bar Stop: Take a break at the hilltop Mojito Bar to sip a drink and enjoy the views.

👕 What to Bring

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Closed-toe shoes (for safe riding)
  • Lightweight, breathable clothing
  • Sunscreen
  • Bug repelling spray
  • Camera or phone (for scenic snapshots)

⚠️ Important Information & Safety:

  • Driver Minimum Age: 16 years old with valid driver’s license (learners, permit, and probationary license are not allowed to drive)
  • Passenger Age Minimum: 12 years of age with ID required
  • General responsibility: Participants under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult (18+) during the whole experience
  • Duration: Approximately 1 hour
  • Activity level: Moderate, expect bumps and rugged terrain
  • Restrictions: This tour is not suitable for guests in wheelchairs or those with limited mobility, we advise that pregnant women do not select this tour for safety reasons.  Guests with pre-existing conditions such as neck, back, knee, and/or shoulder injuries, cardiac conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, or other heart or respiratory issues should exercise caution when considering this tour, especially those categorized as strenuous.

⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

🕒 Standard Cancellations

  • Full refund if cancellation is emailed 48+ hours before the scheduled tour.
  • You will receive an email confirmation validating the cancellation.

❌ Last-Minute Bookings

  • Any booking made less than 48 hours before the tour is final.
  • No refunds or rescheduling for these bookings.

✅ Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling may be allowed only for:

  1. Weather-related cancellations by the tour operator.
  2. Verified medical emergencies with proof from a licensed doctor in Puerto Rico.
